1. Shipping Method & Warehouse


We offer two shipping methods for customers:

  • US Local Fulfillment (Recommended)

    All in-stock items are stored in US local warehouse/Amazon FBA.

    Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

    Fast local delivery, safe & stable for electronic products.
  • International Direct Shipping

    For out-of-stock items or special orders, we support direct shipping from China.

    Suitable for global customers.

2. Delivery Time


  • United States Local Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

    (Remote areas may take extra 2–3 days)

3. Shipping Fee


  • Free standard shipping on orders over $35 in the United States.
  • Flat shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

4. Order Processing


All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

5. Package & Product Note


Our products are made of ABS plastic with built-in lithium battery.

All packages are professionally inspected and safely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

6. Tracking Information


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link.

You can check your delivery status online in real time.

7. Customs & Duties


For international orders:

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs policy before purchasing.

8. Shipping Restriction


We do not ship to PO boxes or restricted areas for electronic battery products.

If your address is undeliverable, we will contact you to update information.
